Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a personal assistant to our clients, handling tasks such as scheduling, event planning, shopping, travel assistance, and more.

- Research options, contact vendors, and make purchases on behalf of clients.
- Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling, Zendesk, and Google Suite to streamline tasks and enhance client experience.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
- Maintain high standards of service, going above and beyond to meet client needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
- Legal age of employment (at least 18 years old).
