Key Responsibilities

- Managing our business account on LinkedIn and developing a strategy to increase our professional network
- Managing and posting on LTK to promote our products and services
- Creating a list of similar clients for speaking engagements based on our client's list from 2023
- Setting up a Trello board to track projects, overdue invoices, content calendar, and other important tasks
- Pitching our client to be on other people's podcasts to increase our visibility and thought leadership
- Managing website inquiries via email and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with various organizational tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in social media and digital marketing, with a solid understanding of managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies
- Interest or knowledge of etiquette and/or manners, which is a plus but not required
- Experience with Mailchimp and Pinterest, which is essential for this role
- Ability to be creative and brainstorm ideas to engage our audience and promote our brand
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
