- Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor to ensure efficient operations
- Assisting with the onboarding of accounting systems and providing working knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management to ensure seamless partnerships
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak clearly on the phone and use a VoIP system to communicate with guests and vendors
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus, with a deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones with perfect English and grammar
