Tutor/Clinician Role: Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group instruction to students, implementing specific lesson plans under the guidance of Learning Center leadership.
- Utilize our proprietary curriculum to deliver high-quality instruction and facilitate student progress.
- Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to create a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic system.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and program updates.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- A passion for helping others reach their full potential.
- Excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type notes while leading engaging sessions.
- Monday to Friday availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or actively pursuing a degree.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (not required, but beneficial).
