Job Overview
As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization. Your technical expertise and program management skills will be essential in driving business growth and improving our cloud infrastructure and data analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of third-party data centers (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
- Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, forecasting, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and business leaders
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs and projects
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong technical skills, including experience with data analysis, metrics, and automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals
- Experience in technical program or project management roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analysis
- Strong experience with financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
- Proven ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals
- Excellent analytical, data perception, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights
