About the Role of a Student Success Coach
As a Student Success Coach at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in empowering students to strive for academic excellence. Your expertise and guidance will help students overcome challenges, develop essential skills, and become lifelong learners. Key Responsibilities:
- Support enrollment, student development, and retention services to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.
- Manage a group of assigned students, coaching each through their degree program with proactive and timely outreach.
- Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary for academic success.
- Provide a trusted and supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.
- Offer guidance on utilizing resources to maximize student success, including teaching students how to effectively use these tools.
- Become a certified resume reviewer to provide expert resume and career development support.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent).
- At least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling.
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, as well as the ability to learn technical skills quickly.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner and strong customer support focus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
