About the Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that drive sales and revenue growth. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, on their social media platforms, and working to sell their coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- 2 hours of starting new conversations with potential clients
- 2 hours of follow-ups with leads and prospects
- 2 hours of organic account growth and social media management
- 1 hour 30 minutes of replying to active leads and closing sales
- 30 minutes of management and daily communication tasks
We're looking for individuals who are proactive, creative, and enjoy problem-solving. As a Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment that's always challenging and rewarding.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- An advanced/native C1-C2 level of English
- A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- A stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles (while not required, it's highly preferred)
