Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Data Analyst I, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple, variable tasks and data review processes, as well as mass data entry, maintenance, and update projects to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Completing data audits and evaluations within core systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
- Identifying and resolving complex issues, including mass change updates, reconciliation projects, and the operationalization of data from various sources to ensure seamless business operations.
- Analyzing and advising management of workflow issues and data integrity problems, and offering recommendations on resolution to drive business success.
- Developing and submitting internal and external status reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Creating reports and data reconciliation through Access, Excel, Business Objects, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, with a strong foundation in data analysis principles and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and SQL tools preferred, with the ability to apply data analysis principles to drive business insights.
- Experience working in ServiceNow, specifically with the CAM/IRM functions, highly preferred, with the ability to apply knowledge of ServiceNow to drive business process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to create interactive and dynamic dashboards.
