Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to provide Tier I support and customer assistance to our users via live chat, following our standard operating procedures. You will be working remotely from anywhere in Colorado, and we require that you be a resident of the State of Colorado. Please note that we will not consider out-of-state candidates who are looking to relocate to Colorado for this position.
