Our Customer Listening Team across various businesses is responsible for handling the Voice of the Customer technique, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and 20 countries. We're now looking for a Senior Statistics Architect to help transform and innovate our Voice of Customer method.

About the Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of Customer method. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to develop and maintain the new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Help design, develop, and maintain the new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics * Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to ensure seamless integration * Develop and maintain robust data models and architectures to support large-scale data processing and standardized metric definitions * Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem * Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, exploring & building automation tools * Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency

Position Requirements

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for at least 3+ years * Experience working with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with dating managers/product owners to extract functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Qualtrics and Cornerstone platforms is a plus
