Job Overview

In this critical role, you will serve as the face of arenaflex to resident and fellowship programs within the Upper Extremities market, organizing and executing all activities related to the program. As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will direct and oversee the strategy and implementation of the resident/fellows program, ensuring that core activities are driven and key metrics are achieved. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing team to support clinical education events and national academic meetings, focusing on education and training, clinical product support, resident/fellow tracking, and internal transition when moving to practice.
