About the Senior Content Specialist Role
The Senior Content Specialist will be an integral part of our Field Commitment Team, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that support Tesla's growth and field teams' success. This position requires a unique blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and project management skills. As a Senior Content Specialist, you will collaborate closely with internal clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to create tailored content that resonates with diverse audiences and enhances the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal clients to develop content that meets their specific needs and aligns with Tesla's brand tone and voice
- Consult with senior-level leaders to drive a unified voice and refine key messages and content across the organization
- Curate, lead, and execute communication strategies that support field teams in embracing company initiatives and understanding the rationale behind them
- Develop innovative content, including multimedia, to engage diverse audiences and promote positive client interactions
- Review and edit articles for grammatical and technical accuracy prior to publication
- Assess existing content and materials for accuracy and relevance, and update or archive as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on Tesla's products, services, and industry trends to inform content creation and propose new ideas to the team
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in communications, preferably in a retail organization or a similar fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Proven experience collaborating with C-Suite leaders to convey consistent messages through various voices and channels
