About the Job
We are offering a Senior Business Analyst position in our Forecasting team. As a key member of arenaflex's growth, you will play a vital role in helping our Global Support and Reliability Operations (GSIO) team to scale. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities. To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated expertise in planning, implementing, and executing SQL, as well as a talent for improving business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead in managing the demand planning process for assigned business lines
- Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs (including Crowd team, Finance, AI, and Workforce Management)
- Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation while implementing data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
- Simplify and scale the current planning process efficiently to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
About You
We are excited about you because you have:
- More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
- Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
- Shown unwavering ownership across each workstream while ruthlessly prioritizing what will really move the needle
- Solid verbal and written communication skills; you know how to work with individual stakeholders and senior leaders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in data analysis, business process improvement, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
