Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to inform strategic planning and business decisions in Pharmacy and Retail Operations
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of enterprise strategies and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations
- Providing complex analysis and insights to support business case development for new applications and operational improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and regulatory, to drive operational solutions and improvements
- Coaching, mentoring, and guiding less senior Business Analysts to ensure the success of the team
- Managing complex ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed
- Developing and deploying suitable reports and tools to support business decision-making
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience with data analysis and reporting, including querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
- Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending solutions
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Retail pharmacy experience
