Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to provide data-driven solutions to complex problems presented by partners across the organization
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders and leadership, communicating findings and insights in a clear and concise manner
- Design, distribute, and maintain self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design, to identify areas of opportunity, define and implement tracking designs for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data
- Mentor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and technically rigorous field, such as Analysis, Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or advertising
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
- Strong technical proficiency, with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overall strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar
- Python/Git experience is a plus, but not required
