Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify required ACS resource planning needs, collaborating with multiple cross-functional ACS departments
- Analyze asset utilization and identify more optimal and efficient solutions
- Prepare and present reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in ACS resource planning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Utilize data analysis, statistical, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and key trade-offs
- Develop and maintain complex reports and analyses, providing guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Support process improvement and project management initiatives, both within individual specialty units and across departments
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, including OAP and specialty unit leaders
- Serve as an internal expert, providing insights and guidance to partners and stakeholders to drive results

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, is required
- Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex processes and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders

- Experience with MS Office is required
