About the Role
As a Scheduling and Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our virtual sales force, known as "Perceptionists." You'll serve as an extension of our clients' businesses, providing personalized support to their customers, and helping drive sales growth. We're currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position, which requires availability to work evenings and weekends. As a remote team member, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer. Please note that you'll need to have a reliable computer setup at the beginning of your employment.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with customers.

- Office experience in industries such as Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, or Handyman is a plus, but not required.
