Key Responsibilities

- Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
- Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and events to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Essential Qualifications
