Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues related to our broadband fiber and fixed wireless Internet services.
- Educate customers on the installation, use, and maintenance of our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to customers, promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize company databases, customer information, and collaboration with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Work in a call center environment, handling support tickets, chats, texts, and inbound calls.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, actively listening to customers, and responding to their needs and concerns.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of work experience providing service directly to customers.
- 1 year of experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple screens.
- Previous telecommunications experience is preferred.
- Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a customer service role.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish (ability to read, write, and speak fluently).
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Our benefits include:
