Essential Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of excellent customer service.
- Must have a background in Medical Claims and/or Insurance, and demonstrate a strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Must be able to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance, and have a dedicated workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer.
- Must have High Speed Internet with a minimal of 50 Mbps Download/20 Mbps Upload Speed, and be able to hard wire via Ethernet cable, ensuring a stable and secure connection.
- Must be able to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of ownership of a High School Diploma, GED or Transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC as well), demonstrating a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

- Epic Software experience is highly preferred, and candidates with experience using this software will be given priority consideration.
