Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in a call center with a healthcare background, preferably in medical claims and/or insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, research solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to maintain accurate patient records and input information into our computer system.
- Experience with Epic Software is highly preferred, as well as bi-lingual skills.
- Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of high school diploma, GED, or transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC as well).
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet cable.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance, including a workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer.
