Job Overview

As a key member of our Support Team, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact between our clients and internal departments, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a 100% remote opportunity, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The anticipated start date for this role is May 27th, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST, or alternatively, 9am-6pm CST or 10am-7pm MST.
