- Assist pharmacists with scheduling and maintaining workflow, ensuring seamless pharmacy operations
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, processing manual claims, and maintaining inventory
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience working with Walgreens or in a pharmacy setting
- Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of store inventory control and management
