In this exciting role, you will be responsible for constructing examinations, information perceptions, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to our business operations and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities
- Construct examinations, information perceptions, and multi-functional reporting to support business operations and decision-making
- Answer business questions and provide analytical expertise on trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
- Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data experiences and products
- Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and preferences and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications
- Unrelenting curiosity, high intellectual and analytical pull, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven insights and business results
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and ultimately to a tangible business outcome
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces
- Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to leadership
- Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
- Solid motivation and ability to work independently
- Extraordinary written and oral communication skills
