Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe source data into EDC systems per protocol requirements, following established standards and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities.
- Respond to queries within the EDC system in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of clinical trials.
- Assist the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Prepare and scan documents into EDC systems and databases as required.
- Support the clinical team in preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol, ensuring all necessary documents and data are up-to-date and readily available.
