Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Enter work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review work orders to verify customer warranty claims, applying knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Complete warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and compliance with vendor requirements.
- Act as a backup to Customer Service Representatives, assisting with overflow telephone calls during periods of high volume, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports as required.

Essential Qualifications
