Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for different investments. The key deliverables of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles
- Identifying and solving discrepancies recognized between blithequark and fund firms or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Action Events, settling and reconciling move tasks, and processing and reconciling reward tasks
- Conducting research on complex and escalated issues
- Performing testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
- Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
- Representing blithequark in daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners
Task-Specific Responsibilities
The Remote Data Entry and Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Study and assessment of membership arrangements or transfer requests
- Client/Advisor level exemptions
- Regulatory responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of field, returns, and transfer damages
- Reconciliation around BOS and fund firms
- Assessment and analysis of correct tax programming and corrections of income tax coding
- Troubleshooting internal and external system enhancements or issues
- Source of breaks between blithequark, the fund, and other external partners
- Providing process or technology solution options to management
- Remediating transfer issues with the fund or opposite agency
- Client or organization partner service, including answering queries regarding fund-specific requirements and eligibility
- Delivering actions on substitute investment transmissions to accelerate client requests or remediate not neat issues
- Quick and accurate completion of customer trading and reward requests
Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data entry and reconciliation, preferably in the financial services industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
