About the Role
arenaflex's Remote Health Team is seeking a full-time, seasoned Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications
