Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Specifically, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
