About the Role

The Customer Service Representative Team Lead position is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
