Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and return calls to customers as necessary, to resolve issues or provide additional information
- Ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document relevant information in our computer systems to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
- Communicate complex healthcare-related information in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner, to ensure that customers understand their options and can make informed decisions
- Handle customer complaints and grievances in a professional and courteous manner, applying conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations

Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare or a related field
