Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding medical record requests, record status, concerns, issues, and other related matters.
- Research patient record information and medical records to resolve issues and provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain quality and production standards as defined by client contracts and/or management determination of the need, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage time adequately to ensure proper turnaround for all tasks, including customer service requests, follow-up, and feedback, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure that the needs of our clients are being met, and contribute to the development of process improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
- Communicate with clients, internal staff, vendors, and blithequark through various communication channels, including phone, fax, physical mail, and email, and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and release records via email, physical mail, and fax, ensuring that all records are handled confidentially and in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in customer service, medical records, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and managers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
