Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay of $14.50 per hour and an enhanced rate of $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. Spanish bilingual team members are eligible for a base pay of $15.50 per hour and an enhanced rate of $17.00 per hour. In addition to our competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including paid training, 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO).
