Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide support to card holders who have accumulated reward points, assisting with booking travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.
- Address customer concerns and issues related to shipment tracking, cancellations, refunds, and damaged products.
- Offer solutions and alternatives to customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to document customer interactions, update customer information, and track issue resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or inbound customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

What to Expect
The training schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. After training, you will be scheduled to work various shifts, including one day on the weekend. You will be required to visit our office on the first day to pick up your computer, which will take approximately 1-4 hours, followed by additional training at home.
