Key Responsibilities

- Investigate reports from users regarding rule violations, taking prompt and effective action to resolve issues
- Collaborate with other moderators and community managers to ensure consistency and fairness in moderation decisions
- Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines, policies, and procedures, applying this knowledge to make informed moderation decisions
- Provide exceptional user support, responding to questions and concerns from users in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (GED)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users from diverse backgrounds
- Be able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
