About the Role: Registered Nurse – Home Infusion Services
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Home Infusion Nurses. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding setting, providing one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes, utilizing your clinical expertise and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes.
- Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners, demonstrating excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
- Travel up to two hours one way, occasionally, for patient visits, and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado, with additional licensure potentially required in multi-state service areas.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience being a plus.
- Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with up-to-date car insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of nursing experience, with one year of infusion experience being highly desirable.
- Home healthcare experience and CRNI certification are preferred but not required.
