Key Responsibilities
- Documenting In-Home Usage Tests: Follow the provided In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule to document your experiences with the product, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries.
- Product Care and Usage: Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly as per the instructions provided.
- Following Test Schedules: Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, providing online or mobile feedback, and writing reviews.
- Utilizing MFour’s Mobile Technology: Some projects may require you to use MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights.
- Participating in Private Chat Rooms: Engage in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested.
- Writing Reviews: Write detailed reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
