- Design and develop tools to facilitate the troubleshooting of customer issues and inquiries, enabling the investigation of standard use cases
- Work closely with engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
- Develop a deep understanding of the evolving AI-driven nature of the arenaflex advertising ecosystem and communicate complex technical concepts to internal and external clients

Essential Qualifications
