About the Opportunity
We're excited to offer an immediate opening for a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and resolving complex customer issues.
Here's what you can expect from this role:
- Resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex problems
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Provide support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments
- Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- 6 months Call Center experience
Work from Home Requirements
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
- Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps and minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
