Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Model and convey a unique and great client experience, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, friendly, and professional
- Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with considerate and efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
- Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions
- Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and resolving client issues to ensure a positive experience
- Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
- Maintain counters and retires clean and well-promoted, take inventory, and keep records up-to-date
- Process manual cases for third-party program prescription services, perform administrative duties, and support the pharmacy team in stock management activities
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
- PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments
