About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Customer Service Support Representative. Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain performance goals and adhere to quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality service and support to our patients.
- Become proficient in our processes and systems through a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills and a strong understanding of technology and software systems.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and patient-centered care.

- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
- No satellite internet.
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port).
