Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with various shifts available on weekends, ranging from 3-29 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home office, providing exceptional support to our customers and driving customer satisfaction.

- Sundays Only: 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM-12:00PM
- Saturdays Only: 4:00PM-10:00PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM-5:00PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 3:00PM-11:00PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
- Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting claim details accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
- Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer-first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
- Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with a typing speed of at least 40wpm
- A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience is preferred

To work from home, you will need to meet the following network requirements:
- A speed test must be run from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net)
- An Ethernet connection is not required but strongly recommended
- You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
- No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
