About the Role: Web/Native Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web and native applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Build and optimize projects using Next.js, Expo, React Native, and Zustand, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web and native development.
- Collaborate with the team using Git for version control, managing cloud-based applications with AWS, and integrating SQL databases and back-end services.
- Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS and add interactive features with animation libraries like Framer Motion, ensuring SEO and accessibility best practices are followed across all projects.
- Utilize agile development methodologies to track progress, collaborate effectively with team members, and engage in prompt engineering to improve development workflows and optimize performance.
- Provide creative solutions, take initiative in developing new features, and improve existing systems, contributing to the growth and success of our products.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of freelance and/or internship experience in web and native development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- A strong GitHub portfolio that showcases relevant projects and demonstrates your expertise in web and native development.
- Extensive experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Expo, Zustand, SQL, AWS, Git, Tailwind CSS, Python, and Framer Motion, as well as knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and skills in prompt engineering, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A self-starter mentality, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
