Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the benefits of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist customers with placing orders through our E-commerce system.
- Utilize product knowledge to educate and retain current customers.
- Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and care.
- Type at least 35 WPM and talk simultaneously, navigating multiple windows and screens quickly.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call, being proactive and solution-focused.
- Adhere to call center metrics, such as call quality score averages, average talk time, and customer feedback scores.
- Escalate customer or operational issues to supervisors, identifying solutions and focusing on timely and mutually satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team to refine problem areas and drive continuous service improvements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience working in a contact/call center (preferably virtual)
- Business-to-customer (B2C) experience, preferably in a health and wellness setting
- Experience with high-volume inbound call intake and CRM systems
- Empathetic listening skills, with a sensitive and upbeat attitude
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting customers through chat, email, and phone
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to work on Saturdays when necessary (current call center hours are 8am CST - 6pm CST)
- Ability to control emotions and respond accordingly to situations
- Experience with technologies such as Zendesk, Singlecomm, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, VoIP, or other cloud-based telephony software (a huge bonus)

- A home computer and headset
- Operating System: Windows 7/Mac 10.1 or better
- Minimum internet bandwidth of 25MB download and 5MB upload
- Internet router or modem
- Working webcam
