Job Summary
As a Part-Time Temporary Planner, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning the Mushroom Short Course. This is a temporary position with limited scope, offering an opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the Mushroom Short Course, including logistics, scheduling, and communication.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the course.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to the course.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from participants and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Penn State University team to ensure alignment with University policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
