Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Remote Recruiting Associate to join our rapidly expanding telemedicine team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our growing member base and contributing to Forward's mission of making high-quality healthcare accessible to a billion people worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help our team locate high-quality candidates that meet a variety of requirements in experience, education, and trajectory
- Facilitate information transfers and streamline handoffs with other parties in the recruiting pipelines, ensuring that our leads receive the best experience possible
- Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills as you answer questions, address issues, and coordinate with teammates
- Iterate constantly, leveraging user feedback and your operational experience to improve on what we've built
- Create loyalty among users by contributing to the overall Forward experience
- Work collaboratively with a team of peers to solve issues and complete various recruiting tasks
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Responsible and detail-oriented, with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Agile and adaptable, with a passion for improving processes and adapting quickly to feedback and new training modules
- Passionate about helping people and finding the right fit for the team
- Ability to work 20 hours per week in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience, although not necessary, is a significant plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Technical Requirements:
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Internet: Wired or Wi-Fi connectivity with a minimum download speed of 5.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
- Mobile device: A personal phone or tablet with Android iOS 8+ or iOS 12+ for authentication purposes
- Computer: A laptop or desktop with a monitor capable of displaying 1920 x 1080 pixels, a sound card installed for use with speakers or headphones, and meeting the following requirements:
- Processor: Intel Pentium (ChromeOS) or Apple M1, Intel i3, AMD Ryzen, or better (Non-ChromeOS)
- Memory: 4GB of RAM or better (ChromeOS) or 6 GB of RAM or better (Non-ChromeOS)
- Operating System: ChromeOS (no minimum), MacOS, Windows 10 or better
- Browser: Google Chrome (latest version), Safari (latest version), or Internet Explorer 11
