Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of customer interactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment
- Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist on a case-by-case basis
- Handle transactions required to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage upset clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within established guidelines
- Provide current and accurate information to clients and other airport visitors, answering general questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write anomaly and complaint reports as necessary
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
