Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, handling inbound customer calls and managing outbound follow-up calls as part of our Insurance team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing basic policy information. You will also be responsible for transferring calls to the correct team when escalation is required and handling other related duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and manage outbound follow-up calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required
- Meet and exceed performance goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements for Success:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with call center experience being a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- High-level accuracy when completing tasks and a strong attention to detail
- Proficient PC skills, with typing speeds of 30+ words per minute
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity (10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download speeds)
- A hard-wired internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
