About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service as the first point of contact to our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with amazing customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
- Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries, using your excellent communication skills to build rapport and secure appointments
- Maintain accurate and useful database records, ensuring that our customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Manage and monitor our SMS texting platform, delivering the same amazing customer service as taking calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to type 40 wpm+, with excellent keyboard skills and the ability to navigate our software systems with ease
- Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled, with excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Preferred Qualifications
