Responsibilities
As an Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless people – individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- To be over 18 years of age
- The ability to type 25 wpm
- A High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- The ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with Blithequark, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with:
- A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps
- A minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed
- A clean and quiet workspace
